Randy loves making connections and finding new opportunities for partnership. Having worked in the non-profit and Startup world, he knows the power and impact of identifying opportunities and making sure there’s a win in it for everyone. His education ranges from a diploma in engineering, to a doctoral thesis on community leadership. To relax, he enjoys bike-riding with his wife and kids around his home-base of Niagara.
Therese enjoys helping others and is committed to provide a both comfortable and professional environment where the candidates she works with can feel at ease. With a background in psychology, she is a firm advocator of mindfulness and mental health awareness. Therese is fluent in English, French and Arabic and is based in Ottawa. During her free time, she enjoys drawing, doing yoga, and playing video games.
Jovin is an energetic individual who perseveres until the job is done. He loves meeting new people, helping them to reach their goals, whatever their aspirations. He brings his business skillset to the table, having completed his Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in finance. Working out of Brampton, Jovin is a health and fitness enthusiast who loves travelling, and anything involving outdoor activities.
John has a drive and passion for connecting with people and creating lasting relationships. He believes that networking is the key to success in any context, and as such is very excited to work with Hourglass HR as a technical recruiter. He is a recent graduate of the University of Ottawa, specializing in sociological research. When he is not at work, he can be found in his kitchen- cooking at a very leisurely pace.
Brian is a forward thinking young professional focused on fostering lasting connections in a multicultural society. Brian brings his experience as an ESL teacher and educator To Hourglass HR, ready to support, coach and encourage the candidates he works with. With great interpersonal skills he draws enthusiasm from working with people from different cultural backgrounds. During his time off, Brian can be found producing music or birding while hiking around Ottawa and Gatineau.
