Lucas loves working with people and taking the time to get to know a person in order to help them with exactly what they need. While friendly and talkative, professionalism and work ethic are also highly important to him. Outside of work he enjoys playing with his bunnies or a variety of other games with his friends and family.

Passionate about helping people reach their goals, Shawn is an attentive listener, always making sure that the job is the best fit for the candidate. Having worked in the retail sector for fourteen years, he has developed his interpersonal skills to best assist his team and candidates. Shawn makes the most of his downtime, enjoying writing and singing as his creative outlets.
